Depending on the nature of your contact with me, I may process the following personal data:

6. Appointments via YouCanBookMe
I use YouCanBookMe to schedule and manage appointments.
When you make an appointment through this service, information may be processed including:

information you enter yourself in the booking form.
I recommend that you do not include detailed medical information or other sensitive personal data in the booking form unless this is necessary and specifically requested.
YouCanBookMe processes data as an external service provider for the purpose of managing bookings.
In connection with the processing of personal data by YouCanBookMe, servers and service providers located outside the European Economic Area may also be used. Where personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are applied where required.
7. Wix
This website is built and hosted using Wix.
Wix may process technical personal data necessary for the operation, security and hosting of the website.
Depending on the website features used, this may include IP addresses, device and browser information and technical usage data.

8. Who is personal data shared with?
I do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Personal data may only be shared with other parties where this is necessary in order to provide my services or where I am legally required to do so.
These parties may include:

payment service providers;

9. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some external service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where this occurs, steps are taken to ensure that there is a valid legal basis for the transfer and that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. How long is personal data retained?
Personal data is not kept for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a legal retention obligation requires a longer period.

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unlawful processing.
These measures take into account the nature of the personal data concerned and the potential consequences if that data were to fall into the wrong hands.
Because of its sensitive nature, health data is treated with particular care.
