MICROCIRCULATION & HYDROGEN INHALATION
Many health complaints do not arise only in the place where they are felt, but may also be related to how well tissues are supplied with blood, oxygen and nutrients, and how effectively metabolic waste products can be removed.
That is why I combine two therapies that complement each other in a particularly effective way: stimulation of the microcirculation using pulsed electromagnetic signals (PEMF), together with the inhalation of molecular hydrogen (H₂).
The first aim is to support blood flow through the smallest blood vessels. For this I use BEMER, which is designed to stimulate the rhythmic movement of these small vessels and thereby support blood flow through the tissues.

At the same time, molecular hydrogen is inhaled. Hydrogen is being studied for its antioxidant and inflammation-modulating properties. By applying both methods simultaneously, an interesting synergy is created: circulation is stimulated while hydrogen is carried through the bloodstream and distributed throughout the body.
What might you notice? After a session, people sometimes describe a greater sense of warmth or improved circulation, deeper relaxation, less heaviness or fatigue in the legs, and in some cases more energy or a faster sense of recovery after physical exertion.
With regular use, this combination may also be of interest to people who want to support their recovery capacity, microcirculation, tissue supply, and the body’s balance in relation to oxidative stress and low-grade inflammatory processes.
Some people notice an effect immediately, while for others it develops more gradually. The aim is not to target a single symptom, but to support the physiological environment in which recovery needs to take place as effectively as possible.
Better circulation. Better delivery and clearance. Greater support for recovery at tissue and cellular level.
